Terms & Conditions

✓ All guests must carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.

✓ Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.

✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property’s discretion.

✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

✓ Do not smoke inside the tent.

Property Rules

✓ We follow a self-help policy and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

✓ Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms.

✓ Children below 18 are only permitted with guardians.

✓ We only accept a government ID as valid identification

✓ You will be charged for any damage or harm to the property caused by you or by your guests.

✓ Not allowed loud music

✓ Not allowed openly or loudly consume alcohol

✓ RETURN BETWEEN 6 PM AND CONSULT WITH CAMP MANAGER: All are requested to return to camp by 6 pm and If there is no activity (Like a night walk) from us, please do not go outside the camp premises and consult with the camp manager to avoid any uncertainty.

✓ Eco-sensitive zone. STRICTLY NO LITTERING AT THE CAMPSITE

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are like: –

✓ 0 – 2 days NO REFUND
✓ 3 – 10 days 400/- Per Head Per Day
✓ 11 and above 300/- Per Head Per Day
Rescheduling charges are like: –

✓ 0 days (on check-in date)No Rescheduling & Refund
✓ 1 – 3 days 300/- Per Head Per Day
✓ 4 – 30 days and above 200/- Per Head Per Day

If you want to cancel your booking due to any Natural Disaster or COVID-19 or Due to harsh weather conditions, homestays & camps located in remote regions have to make preparations for your stay much in advance. The booking amount is 100% refundable if a cancellation is made 15 days prior to the Commencement or Check-In date. For cancellations made within 15 days from the date of trip Commencement or Check-In, no refund will be applicable.
