- Day 1: Arrive at your cozy Yelbong Forest Homestay and kick off your adventure with refreshing welcome drinks, marking the start of a peaceful yet thrilling escape into the heart of nature. Choose Your Adventure – Trek or Explore After check-in, get ready for the highlight of your trip — the Yelbong Canyon Trek, a thrilling 6–7 hour up-and-down trail through untouched wilderness, and rugged terrain. If you arrive early, we’ll pack a lunch and set out on the trek the same day. If you check in later 2pm, you can relax, enjoy a traditional lunch, and choose to either begin a shorter version of the trek or explore offbeat Yelbong Village instead. Wander through lush forests, discover hidden viewpoints like Bobo Ghar and the 360° Viewpoint, and take in the raw beauty of the hills — perfect for nature lovers, backpackers, and photographers alike. As the sun dips below the horizon, make your way to Yelbong Ground for a golden-hour view you’ll never forget. Return to your homestay for a relaxing evening by the campfire, complete with tasty snacks or a BBQ under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the forest. End the day with a delicious local dinner and sleep peacefully, recharging for the adventure ahead.
- Day 2: Canyon Trek (If Not Done on Day 1) Wake up early and gear up for the Yelbong Canyon Trek (if you haven’t done it on Day 1). After a filling breakfast, check out of the homestay and begin the journey. Since the trek can take 6–7 hours, you’ll return by early afternoon (around 12 PM–2 PM). The trail ends, but the memories of Yelbong’s untouched beauty and wild adventure stay with you forever. Note: Checkout is required before the trek if there are new bookings. Lunch on Day 2 is not included in the package but can be arranged at an additional cost if you wish to refuel after the trek.
